To the family of Mrs. Archer, I was talking to our oldest son Danny who is now 24 and living in New York about your loss. He said he really liked her as a teacher and felt she liked him too. He credits her for his love and interest in reading. He went on to major in English at NYU. We thank you for her dedication to teaching.

To Mary's Family: I was so saddened to read of Mary's passing in this mornings paper. I was her student teacher 13 years ago - when I returned to college after many years to obtain my degree I was assigned to Mary's class. To this day, I have upheld her as a model to emulate and a classroom to admire! I am currently teaching at Mountain View Elementary - I will never forget my time at Dunmore and Mary's leadership.
