He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Dominick Buttacci; and his paternal grandparents, Harold and Elizabeth Powell.

The funeral will be Tuesday with Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in the St. Mary of Mount Carmel Church, Chestnut St., Dunmore.  All those attending the mass are asked to go directly to the church.

Interment will follow at a later date in the Mount Carmel Cemetery, Dunmore.

Friends may call on Monday from 3-7 p.m. at the Carlucci-Golden-DeSantis Funeral Home, Inc., 318 E. Drinker St., Dunmore.

To Sean's family, especially to his wife Shelly, I want to express my extreme sadness at hearing of Sean's passing. He was for me a hard working family man who took great pride in his business. He serviced my landscaping and I will miss him and his good care. Sean represented the values so important for us all to be mindful of and to cultivate especially for our children, self reliance, honesty, dependability, hard work and pride. May our Lord hold him tightly, and bless his family.
